Earle Arney

Earle Arney is the Founder and CEO of AFK and he leads the London studio. Earle’s experience is truly global, having led projects in the UK, Canada, United States, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East and Africa.


Earle is actively engaged in the design and delivery of all projects across the firm, mentoring design teams to ensure the continuity of AFK’s design excellence and exceptional client service. During this time he has also developed a reputation within the wider industry, respected for his business acumen, leadership and collaborative working style.


Earle has practiced as an architect for 30 years and holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University. He has lectured extensively and is a regular speaker on urbanism, placemaking, sustainability and city design. He has presented research at a number of international property conferences including MIPIM and the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats (CTBUH).


Earle is a Registered Architect and member of the British, Australian and New Zealand Institute of Architects.
