Senior Architect
Advanced proficiency in Revit, capable of producing both planning and construction drawings.
Proven ability to lead and manage projects or work packages from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional design, documentation and delivery standards.
Solid understanding of UK building regulations, construction methods, specifications and technical detailing.
Experience in residential and workplace is essential, and hospitality beneficial.
Strong compliance knowledge of statutory and technical requirements, including policies, building regulations/codes and procurement processes.
Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and client-facing roles.
Strong leadership skills with a pioneering spirit.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical and construction challenges.
Strong Adobe Suite skills including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Excellent layout and presentation skills is a strong advantage.
Senior Workplace Interior Designer
Over 10 years of experience in workplace is essential, and residential and hospitality beneficial.
Prepared to support ongoing projects and joining an existing team of talented designers at all levels.
Strong passion for designing uplifting and innovative workplaces, with a portfolio that proves this across multiple projects.
Experience in the global and large-scale corporate and legal sectors is essential.
Track record working on workplace interiors across RIBA stages, from Workplace Strategy through to Delivery and post-occupancy evaluations.
Strong network within the London industry is preferred.
Strong compliance knowledge of statutory and technical requirements, including policies, building regulations/codes and procurement processes.
Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and client-facing roles.
Strong leadership skills with a pioneering spirit.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Revit for construction drawings is required.

Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Good knowledge of Revit in practice is advantageous.
Modelling and visualisation skills using Rhino. Additional other software is a plus.
