HSF Kramer's move to 8 Exchange Square marks a new chapter after more than 30 years at Exchange House. The design is shaped around The Vertical Grove, a concept rooted in 170 years of continuous practice, representing flourishing growth, connectivity and renewal at the heart of the firm's future.
Beyond a standard fit-out, this is a platform for HSF Kramer's next decades of performance, redefining how people work, connect, innovate and grow. The Vertical Grove translates into a series of architectural responses, first explored through the staircase, that manifest the firm's legacy into lived experience. The workplace becomes a magnet for exceptional talent, lifting performance and engagement whilst embracing emerging technologies to operate faster, smarter and more collaboratively. Grounded in London yet outward-looking, the design expresses HSF Kramer's culture as healthy, fresh, connected and future-focused, representing an investment in reputation, performance and long-term impact.
