Stephanie Stern, Associate

With 18 years of practical experience, Stephanie has worked within a broad range of sectors; Commercial, residential, retrofitting, heritage, new build, hospitals, and master-planning, from RIBA Stage 1 through to completion. Following graduation from Manchester and UCL, she began her professional career on a number of prestigious projects in London such as Vauxhall Skygardens and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter.

Stephanie’s diverse experience has been honed within renowned AJ100 and award-winning practices. Her expertise encompasses both planning and project delivery, where she has achieved notable successes in a range of architectural disciplines. Now specializing in luxury residential projects, she actively shapes London's riverside landscape with a commitment to sustainable, high-quality, and visually captivating developments that balance technicality and artistry.

She is an active member of AECB and has a keen interest in passivehaus design, often incorporating these principles into her projects. Alongside her day-to-day practicing of both architecture and interiors, she has actively participates in other creative communities such as fashion, art, photography, and the wider sustainable community. She has a keen interest in upcycling retro furniture and DIY.
