This pre-concept masterplan and architectural vision for a 5.5 km² private island reframes the destination as an eco-led resort landscape where the built environment learns directly from nature.
Organised around two marina villages and a sequence of resort and residential precincts, the plan pairs regenerative habitat strategies with climate-led planning including a shaded and walkable public realm, compact low-rise clusters, courtyards and breezeways, so comfort is achieved through form, orientation and landscape rather than excess consumption.
The masterplan is designed by learning directly from natural patterns and principles, using biomimetic principles drawn from coastal ecologies, wind patterns, reef geometries and desert-adapted planting to shape low-energy architecture and immersive guest experiences.
The overall program brings together three resorts and two boutique hotels alongside branded condominiums and estate villas, supported by wellness, marine discovery, and botanical experiences that position the island as a living laboratory for sustainable luxury.
