Tommaso Franzolini, Principal
Tommaso Franzolini is a Principal at AFK. He specialises in the design and delivery of low carbon infrastructure and inner-city mixed use redevelopments, and has worked on major workplace, transport and industrial architecture projects across Europe and the UK.
Tommaso is passionate about making cities more sustainable by design. He has an in-depth knowledge of global environmental standards and of working closely with city planning authorities, developers and consultants on urban analysis, strategic planning and architectural visions.
He also has broad experience of architectural design and delivery of technically complex buildings, with a focus on developing the integrated technologies necessary to meet the sustainable design challenges of today’s commercial and industrial workplaces.
Tommaso has a background in research and analysis and holds an Executive MSc in Cities (EMC) from the London School of Economics (LSE) and Political Science, where he worked on the latest city planning research to improve the way we analyse, strategise and deliver transformative urban projects and policies.
