Prudence Lai is an Associate Director at AFK and brings diverse project experience across a range of sectors and scales.

Prudence excels in coordinating, managing and delivering highly complex projects, with exceptional design capabilities, problem-solving skills and the aptitude to consistently deliver quality works on time and within intense deadlines.

Prudence’s portfolio ranges from extensions and re-modeling of existing commercial developments, to high profile large scale residential, retail and UK infrastructure projects, such as Heathrow’s Expansion and the site-wide masterplanning of the Battersea Power Station project. Prudence is determined and self-motivated and demonstrates a collaborative approach to design.
