The mixed use, residential-led project is a strong contribution to the development of great housing for londoners near public transport links.

The proposal transforms a disused industrial site into a vibrant mixed-use development, delivering 368 homes, 246 student rooms, and a 243-key hotel alongside a variety of social spaces and resident amenities.

The development will deliver

  • More homes for Londoners on previously underdeveloped land, directly addressing points in the Draft London Plan.

  • Suburban densification around transport nodes with great links to Central London.
