Located on the beachfront of Port Melbourne, the twin towers of HM@S are a direct design response to the prevailing massing and form of heritage buildings next door, the historic structure of roads in the locale, as well as the ocean and city view opportunities afforded by the site.
Presenting sculptural forms as a rich material palette of primary elements, the compllex is often referred to as an exemplar of sensitive modern built form in a historic neighbourhood.
