Project Architect

We are currently looking for a Project Architect to work on an exciting new mixed-use project.

Candidates must have a minimum of five years post-part 3 experience with a proven record of project running through the planning application process, team leading and strong design skills at stages 1-3.

Candidates will need the following skills and experience:

- Residential and commercial experience
- Good communication skills, including written English and experience of working with clients
- Well organised/disciplined and excellent presentation skills
- Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe suite & MS Office
- Six to eight years’ experience in practice
- Experience of RIBA work-stages 1-3
- Ability to manage both a project team and mentor junior staff members

Senior Architectural Designer

We are currently looking for Senior Architectural Designers to design a yet to be consented tower in London.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for assisting with the leadership and design of this exciting new commercial office building as well as any other projects as required. You will have extensive experience in all phases of the design process with excellent project management, client coordination and people management skills.

Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of six years post-part 3 experience
- Large scale residential and commercial experience
- Strong conceptual and design talent
- An ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, including written English and experience of working with clients
- Well organised and disciplined
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, 3D Max, Adobe suite & MS Office
- Six to eight years’ experience in practice
- Experience of RIBA work-stages 1-4
- Ability to manage both a project team and mentor junior staff members
- Technical knowledge will be advantageous
